Something is Noticed on the Trump's Nominee’s Wrist During Confirmation

The former Texas Gov. Rick Perry was asked by the Senate Committee on Energy Natural Resources on Thursday in his bid to be Energy Secretary for President-elect Donald Trump. Something interesting was noticed on his wrist!

This bracelet was in honor of Marine Pfc. Colton W. Rusk, of Orange Grove, Texas, who was killed in combat on December sixth, 2010, in Afghanistan during Operation Enduring Freedom. Rusk has always wanted to be a Marine and he was 20 when he died.

Rusk’s motto was that you didn’t have to be afraid to go after your hopes and dreams, but also that you didn’t have to be afraid to be willing to pay the price.

Perry has always been a big supporter of the military veterans and in return, they have been supportive of him.
Navy Seal Marcus Luttrell, the author of ‘Lone Survivor’, who was his most famous veteran supporter, was also at the confirmation hearing to lend his backing.

Perry being a godfather to Luttrell’s children has worn such bracelets on behalf of fallen military for many years.

It is very nice to have an administration that is supportive of the military!
